Top 10 Figma Plugins for 2025
Figma is a powerful design tool that allows the designers at Few — Digital Product Agency to create some of the most beautiful interfaces and experiences for mobile and the web. As we turn the page into 2025 our design team at Few came together to lay out what Figma plugins they thought were going to be important going into 2025. This isn’t a definitive list of all the plugins that we use at Few — just the ones we feel are going to be the most important going into the new year.
In no particular order:
1. Instance Finder
The Instance Finder plugin helps you find all Instances of a Component used in your file. Select a single Instance or Component, and the plugin will search all pages and all frames and create a list of all Instances used. The list is split up into separate pages for easy navigation. Clicking on any item will zoom in on the Instance.
2. Beautiful Shadows
The Beautiful Shadows plugin allows you to create beautiful shadows by simply dragging a ‘light source’ which casts a shadow on selected elements.
3. Random Name Generator
The Random Name Generator plugin allows you to select text layers and run the plugin to populate them with random names, or just run the plugin and get a new text layer with a random name. You can choose a gender and decide whether you want the random full name, first name or last name.
4. Ghost
The Ghost plugin recursively detects all nodes in a selection. It then measures their dimensions before replacing them with shapes; the original layers are removed. To generate a layout faithful to the original, Ghost removes properties like auto-layout, effects, strokes, and fills, thereby preventing anomalies that occur when inserting placeholder shapes onto the canvas.
5. Contrast
The Contrast plugin lets you quickly run a AA or AAA type contrast report on all text across all your artboards at once. Simply select a few layers and run the command to see your report.
6. Text Styles Generator
The Text Styles Generator plugin allows you to mass create or update local Text Styles based on formatting of regular text layers.
7. Rename It
The Rename It plugin allows you to keep your Figma files organized, batch rename layers and frames.
8. Style Replacer
The Style Replacer plugin allows you to find and replace a style with another in your components.
9. Google Fonts
The Google Fonts plugin allows you to quickly browse and add Google Fonts Instantly to your Figma text node with all variants.
10. User Profile | Avatar
The User Profile | Avatar plugin allows designers to easily display beautiful generated avatars in their design prototypes.
